I live close to Mankato and was given a Gift Certificate to this establishment for Christmas. I think it is sad and very unfortunate that the spa is closing its doors. I had the most relaxing and wonderful experience of my life. The mud wrap and massage that Heather gave me was amazing and so decadent… the luxury facial that Greta gave me was so terrific! I had never had one before! But I will try it again in the future. And then the pedicure that Nicole gave was super!!!! I had the best day ever!!! Christine, at the desk, and the other young lady, who I did not catch her name, unfortunately, were so accommodating and helpful and friendly!! I would have come to this place every month, had I known of it, and would gladly have made the trek. I am sad that I will not see these lovely ladies again! It was a wonderful experience!!!!!

Got a 50 minute deep tissue couples’ massage with my boyfriend and they made us feel very comfortable. I felt the quality was great and the price was right. Definitely going back!

I went yesterday for some much needed relaxation and pampering. I had a mani/pedi, and a facial. We started with the pedi, and this allowed me to just unwind. My service provider was not insistent on talking, and I was able to quietly unwind and relax. During the mani we had very pleasant/warm conversation. She did a great job. I also had a facial. It was absolutely wonderful. Extremely relaxing. The scents and sensations of the products evoked warmth and freshness. I was shocked this morning to see how radiant my face looks. (I tend to have a lot of redness, and a lot of that is gone. And my face is nicely exfoliated without look as if it were done with sandpaper.) The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend. When I have more funds, I may treat myself to this more often–I think that facial took five years off my face! Would be great to do on a regular basis. I had a wonderful day at The Day Spa in Edina. From a relaxing massage to an exfoliating facial and finished with a manipedi. I loved all of my services and the people were friendly, welcoming, comforting and genuine. I especially loved getting to know my manicurist, Ahn. She was sure an amazing person and I feel lucky to have been taken care of by her.

I sent my date here the day of my cousins wedding. She could not thank me enough, She said each woman spent an hour on her massage, facial, manicure and pedicure then finally a mineral rinse. The only negative thing she mentioned, was that the walls were very thin and her massage therapist had to stop a few times to tell whoever was on the other side of the wall to quiet down. My date felt bad for the massage therapist. The therapist even invited her out for a drink. I would highly recommend this place for the woman in your life who deserves a day away to relax. I would also say the price I paid $260.00 was very reasonable considering everything she got and to see her smile & glow was worth it. It is normally $250.00 for the spa package but I paid an extra $10 for the deep tissue massage upgrade.

I love coming here. Greta does wonderful facials, but it is so much more than that. From the minute you walk in, you can relax. Everything is comfortable and tasteful, the staff are friendly and helpful, it smells good, it is just totally the Spa experience you want! I wish I could go every week – or every day!!

The Massage Club, which includes at least one monthly massage, has improved my mobility and helped me relax. I have had positive experiences with 3 specialists, all with very different styles, yet each got me the relief needed. The room decor, sound & scent are lovely, makes the room feel cozy. I would encourage a you to try a massage!

I had high expectations, but I wasn’t super impressed with The Day Spa. A girlfriend and I booked facial-massage packages and our massages were canceled because the masseuse was out sick. That was fine. The nice receptionist upgraded us to a luxury facial because she felt bad. This facial was sensory overload for me with too many different smells (fruits, vegetables-organic). My esthetician was clearly annoyed when I asked to add on a quick wax. She was not very friendly. My friend and I both broke out pretty bad the next day. I have had a few facials before and breaking out like that was a first for me. I wished that our experience was better and I will not be returning.
