The facility is pretty run down (holes/patches in walls, bathroom needs repair, furniture is old, etc.). You can tell they haven’t done enough upkeep. The greeter at the reception desk was not friendly at all. Slippers were not given to me or two of the other guests there. It’s just a disappointing experience. I’d recommend using one of the other local spas instead of this one.

My mom got me the wrong gift card for my birthday. We live in NY and this place is in WI. I saw things on the retail website that I could just buy instead so the gift card didn’t go to waste however it wasn’t working right when I went to check out. I called the store and they were more than happy to help and gave me a virtual shopping experience. They were great and even got my products by end is the week. This place was phenomenal and I appreciate all they did to help me.

The day spa is beautiful inside and nice to relax. However I’ve called two weeks in advanced on multiple occasions and they never have availability for massages. They always seem to be short staffed.
