Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIve been here for like 3x now the first 2 i came its been really nice but one of the employee name nate who i never met is really bad barber. He rushed my haircut, the haircut turns bad. I didnt complain because i just notice when i get home. I didnt complain because i just notice when i get home. Im not saying to stop coming to this barber shop but make sure when they cut your hair, check if your hair has mis align or not even.

Moved to California 5 years ago… and been going here for 5 years. They made me feel at home, almost like brothers. Before the covid-19 madness they used to invite me to go hooping with them on Sundays. Only complaint is I haven’t had a cut from them since March because of this Coronavirus sh*t.

Called ahead of time to see if they could take me in and was told to come and would be taken care of. Was 2nd person waiting. 5 others came after me and couple of them were walk-ins and was served before me since they knew the people. Was not told when I would get my cut or acknowledged in any way once I got there. Waited an hour and then left. Could have just told me they could not take me in and I would have been completely fine with it. Poor customer service. There’s a sign stating walk-ins are welcome but seems only if you know the people in there.
