She was very quick for how well she cut my hair. I was impressed! For the great price, make sure to leave them a good tip!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI liked my hair before I walked in to this place and said, “I like the way my hair looks right now, please just trim it up and don’t change anything.” I even styled my hair before going in so she could see what I wanted to maintain. Ten very disinterested minutes later, I had half the hair I had- the length, the volume, the look I spent years growing into was gone in minutes. Even people who try to tell me everything looks good are telling me the girl really did a number on my hair. I now think of this place as “The Hacking Room”. We had more time but she just rushed through it. Addendum to initial review: Don’t call your customers liars (“Inaccuracies”, which were very accurate indeed) for recounting their honest experiences. Don’t attack your customers for posting honest feedback. Don’t point out feedback your customers have left for others (both positive and negative) distorting the focus from their experience with you. If you knew anything at all about customer service, you would address customer concerns with kindness and humility, even when you disagree, even when it upsets you personally. Your response was unprofessional. Negative reviews do not have to be detrimental to a business when they are accurate and responded to appropriately. They are a helpful tool for a business to improve and show their customers their business and feedback is valued. A review is not supposed to plug a business anyway; it is supposed to give potential customers an honest assessment of your experience so they can consider if they want to patronize that business. I have gone to great lengths to thank employees, call customer service lines, and write letters when I am treated well. I worked in customer service for years. I have a strong sense of what serving a customer looks like.
