Had an amazing haircut so went to find out about a color. Since first time to get a color here wanted to know a guesstimate charge. Was told I had to come in, stated when I would be in with a picture. When got there at approx 1:40p waited till 2:25p then was told I would have to wait longer I stayed didn’t have the time cancelled any appt and left. Won’t be returning obviously wasn’t felt very welcomed. There are many other salons to go to in town, I am brand new to town. Not a good impression!!

I have very short hair and went to get it cleaned up. I told the stylist that I don’t do much other than just brush it and she gave me a cut that requires a style to look good. I did not ask for that. They were nice enough but did not listen to what I wanted from the cut. It looks very uneven and does not look anything like I wanted. I even said I don’t usually do my hair up and as she styled and continued to cut she told me “Today, you do.”
