I quit coming here and so did my Mama. I’ve been in there (the sign says Walks in Welcome). I waited 10 minutes before I left because no one acknowledged me. My Mama waited 30 minutes, the lady looked at her and never spoke. Finally 30 minutes later she was acknowledged. Great way to make people feel welcome lol.

I am one of the people who walks in because the sign on the door says walk in are welcomed but it needs to be changed to say appointments only on the sign. Thats how they make you feel. You will have to wait a long time and when you are waited on and asked what color and how you want it cut they seem to act like you are inconvenienceing them. I have went more than one time and I have had a different laddie do my hair everytime and I still get crappy service. So i will not be coming back anytime soon. Let me give some advice to you ladies if a woman walked in and said she wanted a pacific color quite trying to talk people out of the color she want.

They do not answer their phone and their voicemail does not identify them as a hair cutting place or give any information. It just says please leave a message. So obviously there is no way to establish that they are still in business or that you have the right number. Rookie business mistake.
