Critical: QualityI felt lucky to find this salon last-minute for my wedding day, but I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the styling. I have straight, fine, thin hair and the hair stylist straightened my already pin-straight hair rather than curling and adding texture. The bun was not pretty to begin with and started falling out almost immediately. Without enough texture/finishing product, my veil kept coming out as well. I felt lucky to find this salon last-minute for my wedding day, but I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the styling. I have straight, fine, thin hair and the hair stylist straightened my already pin-straight hair rather than curling and adding texture. The bun was not pretty to begin with and started falling out almost immediately. Without enough texture/finishing product, my veil kept coming out as well. I would not recommend, based on my experience.

Positive: QualityI had the absolute pleasure of spending part of my day today at this wonderful salon. When I called to book my appointment Molly the receptionist was kind courteous and helped me decide exactly what it was that this poor overworked school nurse needed to rejuvenate myself. I had a wonderful facial with the fabulous Carmen and my skin has never looked better. I then had an hour and a half long stone massage with Jennifer who really took the time to listen to my issues and not only did she help me feel better she gave me some tips on how to continue to feel well in the future. Going forward I will never ever skip visiting the salon when I am in the area. If you haven’t been here you’re missing out. I had the absolute pleasure of spending part of my day today at this wonderful salon. When I called to book my appointment Molly the receptionist was kind courteous and helped me decide exactly what it was that this poor overworked school nurse needed to rejuvenate myself. I had a wonderful facial with the fabulous Carmen and my skin has never looked better. The receptionist was very nice, very professional. She took my info and within 15min a stylist came outside to get me. Dianna is a junior stylist, she did an amazing job. She was not afraid to ask for guidance from her colleague (who was incredible and I am sorry I did not catch her name)! The salon was clean, bright, professional, talented, and friendly. I NEVER give reviews but I need to for this one. I dropped into The Cut Off Salon & Day Spa for a cut and style. I called the number on the door as instructed. The receptionist was very nice, very professional. She took my info and within 15min a stylist came outside to get me. Dianna is a junior stylist, she did an amazing job.
