Toriah resurrected and revived my curls. I never have had such bouncy, voluminous, and soft curls until I had my curl bar experience. I was initially hesitant seeing how much the experience would cost but it is well worth every dollar spent. She shaped my hair so well and really gave me the take away knowledge I needed to care for my hair properly. Thank you so much for a great experience and giving my curls new life 🙂 I look forward to coming in for a trim in a few months and keeping up with my newfound routine!

This salon is a wonderful resource for people with wavy/curly hair. The owner and other stylist were very focused on their customers and devote a good amount of time to each cut. They educate along with the service, so you feel confident about being able to recreate the style process at home. I went in with damaged hair, and it felt ten times more healthy when I left. I am already looking forward to my second appointment!

I just had my curl bar experience appointment yesterday and i loved it so much! I have never been confident with my hair out, I have always slicked it back in buns or straightened it to go to events. But after my curly cut and wash and go yesterday I LOVED my hair, it was what I have been wanting my hair to look like for years. For the first time I feel confident in taking care of my hair because Toriah went in depth with product application, styling, products I should use, and what my daily routine should look like. She is a great stylist and the atmosphere of the salon is welcoming. I had an amazing experience at the Curl Bar! Typically, I have anxiety about my hair being judged during hair cuts but I felt relaxed, comfortable, and heard throughout my appointment. I wanted to get a curly cut and Toriah definitely delivered! I didn’t know my curls could be so defined and hydrated before this. It was an expensive but worthwhile investment as Toriah cared for my hair so gently and thoroughly while teaching me how to do the same at home. I definitely plan to come back for routine trims!

She has created such a welcoming space; I keep walking in, getting the best curly hair cut, wash and style along with education on how to best care for my hair. Toriah is seriously the best. As someone with curly hair, getting a haircut can be borderline traumatizing because most hair stylists either cut too much off or simply don’t know how to cut curls (even if they say they do). Toriah always listens to what I want and will offer suggestions, but is never pushy and educates without being condescending. The shop is clean and inviting, and the other hairstylist Taylor is friendly and seems to do an amazing job with her cuts as well. Make sure you read all the info on the website and pay attention to the schedule release dates because spots go quickly. I’ve convinced many of my friends to come here and will continue to spread the word even if that means it’s harder for me to get an appointment, because this place is a gem.
