TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE. They absolutely ruined my hair and did not listen to what I wanted at all to where I cried myself to sleep that night. DO NOT let Lacey Segars touch your hair. I asked for my hair to stop where my arm pits start and she cut to the top of my shoulders. She had to ask another stylist for help and between the two of them, they let me walk out of the salon with butchered layers and a lopsided and uneven cut. When I asked to speak with the owner 2 days later (very respectfully and kindly) to discuss what had happened, absolutely no remorse was shown or an apology given except Crystal stated “I don’t think she meant to do it on purpose” and that she’s new. That’s not the point. Your employee is inadequately trained and should not be cutting hair unsupervised ESPECIALLY if she is new. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed and they were even shocked with what I had received.Crystal the owner offered to “fix” it, but I did not trust her judgement either given the employee she had hired. I repeat, do NOT let Lacey touch your hair. Here’s my hair before Crystal Rose Salon and after with it “styled” by them and then straightened by me.

I brought my sister with me while on holiday to gift her a mani and pedi and I had them done as well. This rating would have been a 5 star with the gal that did my sisters nails, however, the gal that did my pedicure was inexperienced. I started to feel stressed as I sat there because it started by taking 35 minutes to remove my gel polish. She also continued to sniffle as she had a runny nose, and I was afraid she might drip on my toes.I felt each step was not done well. She was very sweet, but my expectations were much higher of this salon. I was so thankful when the gal working on my sister offered to do my manicure. I hope they give the one girl more training as these services are expensive. I would try them again if I can use the gal that ended up doing my manicure.

This was my first time at the salon. I only come to SPI two to three times a year. Rocio was fabulous! She took time to listen and advise me on my changing hair needs. She was patient and incredibly pleasant!! I got to meet Crystal, who is also very pleasant to talk to as well! The whole vibe of the Salon is great! I loved the visit, and my husband and I both love my new highlights!!! It’s a great look and Rocio did a perfect job! I highly recommend Crystal Rose Salon! I’ll definitely be back!!! Thank you!
