I usually go to a different salon for eyelash extensions, however things came up and I had to quickly find another salon. I read the reviews and had faith my eyelashes were going to be good for my trip. Alyssa did them and the service was good, my lashes looked good. However as the days went on I noticed how quickly the lashes fell out and my eyelid hurt. The lashes felt crunchy after a couple washes. More than half of my extensions are gone and i received them on 3/16/22. It’s only been a week. I paid for hybrid lashes and tipped. I am horrified and disappointed. I had to get the extensions removed due to it hurting from too much glue. Below is photo before I removed them.

I cannot say enough about Nicole and the owners of Cove Salon and Spa. I called them early this morning and explained that my sister was in the Hospice House at Lourdes Hospice Center. I let them know she had wanted to have her nails done to match her dress for her funeral, but had run out of time to get them done. They reacted quickly and advised me Nicole would contact me that day, and she did. Nicole came out to the center on what I believe was her lunch hour and helped us. Nicole was amazing and very professional. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Nicole for being such an amazing person and a blessing for our family. GOD bless you and your family. You are truly an amazing Christian person.

Melissa Thurman is the BEST in Paducah. From my first appointment with her, she has always been so kind and professional. I was extremely nervous as I had never had a facial before. She walked me through every step and thoroughly explained each time she used a new treatment or technique, and continued to do so at each appointment until i felt more comfortable. I book monthly appointments with her, and have since my first appointment a year ago. She’s an amazing person and is also amazing at what she does!!

I recently got a lash lift and lash tint at The Cove Salon. The customer service was good but the results were very disappointing. The lashes looked pretty when I left, but my right lashes still had glue on them. That’s whatever. But the lift didn’t even last two days and the tint faded as well. I followed all instructions and didn’t have my face near water for over 24hrs. For something that is expected to last around 4 weeks I’m beyond upset. Completely wasted my money. Can’t even tell I had anything done. Money down the drain and I won’t return.
