By the time I got home my hair was puffy and the next day was even worse. I brought a hot comb to try and touch up the roots and I tried to flat iron it and it still puffed up minutes later. I got it don on a Sunday and I contacted her on Wednesday I believe because I was busy the other days and she responded and said I must’ve didn’t wrap it but I did wrap it even though it had already puffed up when I arrived home from getting it done. She never corrected it. I will never go back again because it was a rip off. I could’ve washed and blow dried it myself and flat ironed it myself. There was no sitting under the dryer or nothing. If a costumer complain at least fix your wrongs
