Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueUnprofessional and seemingly unable to actually take responsibility for mistakes that have been made by one of their stylists. They even made a post (that they deleted after my review) directed at the individual whose hair THEY messed up, basically stating that they can’t make everyone happy instead of owning up to the amateur job they did. It resulted in a couple hundred dollars in hair repair and 5 inches being cut off. Unprofessional and seemingly unable to actually take responsibility for mistakes that have been made by one of their stylists. They even made a post (that they deleted after my review) directed at the individual whose hair THEY messed up, basically stating that they can’t make everyone happy instead of owning up to the amateur job they did. It resulted in a couple hundred dollars in hair repair and 5 inches being cut off. I highly recommend Madison Cruz in Jonesboro instead.

Critical: QualityWorst color and cut ever. I specifically asked the owner for an experienced colorist and was referred to someone who was less than 6-8 months out of school. The entire left side was cut so short it couldn’t even be colored and I was told the reason it was sticking out was because my hair was in scissor shock. Basically it was my hairs fault and had nothing to do with the fact it was cut way to short. Live and learn I guess. That’s a 150$ mistake I won’t ever make again.Worst color and cut ever.
