Critical: QualityI saw on the website all good reviews so I made an appt. Everyone was very friendly. The person cutting my hair was very quick. I actually think the wash took longer than the cut. First of all she didnt even ask where i usually part my hair, just started cutting, very fast. She had stepped back to look at it and saw some stray hair on the bottom and cut it.I got home and looked at it, held up pieces and saw alot of uneven cutting. Very disappointed. I saw on the website all good reviews so I made an appt. Everyone was very friendly. The person cutting my hair was very quick. I actually think the wash took longer than the cut. First of all she didnt even ask where i usually part my hair, just started cutting, very fast. I came in apprehensive because I have frizzy, unmanageable hair. Dianna pulled out her majic wand and gave me exactly what I wanted, only better. I felt heard, taken seriously and taken care of. Fee was affordable with no “surprises”. From wash to wear, I’m happy. Great job girls!
