The staff is wonderful! Lori, the owner, explains everything in detail, including who is not a good candidate, which I appreciated. During the procedure, which is not painless, they do their upmost to keep you comfortable and pampered! Lots of pillows, soft blankets, food, drink, movies, etc. while the pain is not horrible, they explain what your feeling and how long it will last. They even distract you during the bad moments.
