Some have been national educator’s and have had their work published in major magazines like allure, modern salon and American salon magazine. We take pride in thorough consultations to ensure each client is receiving a customized experience. Hair is not our job, it’s our passion! Both my daughter, and I went to The Confidence Factory to get our hair cut and colored. We both had our hair done by Lei. She is super sweet, and very personable. She thoroughly explained the process we would both need to achieve the look we wanted. She even made me a color conditioner to help maintain the perfect purple color I wanted. Lei is very knowledgeable about hair, makes you feel very comfortable, and works really hard to ensure that you are happy with the end result. Looking forward to my next color adventure with Lei at The Confidence Factory.

I’m so glad that someone like Lei had time to take care of me! First off, she is such a sweet and kind person. The knowledge and advice she gave me was much needed! I wanted bangs and a trim. She did her magic and now I’m feeling sexy and confident! She shaped the bangs so well that it complements my face! I have never received so many compliments from people in my life! I’ve been going to the confidence factory for years and they’ve never failed to disappoint! I have very thick, blonde, curly hair and it has been treated and highlighted with patience and true skill. Lynn (owner) is confident with her work- rightfully so! She never fails to put a smile on my face and the compliments on my hair after seeing her surely give me confidence as well! Their prices for a full color, cut, and style have always been better than every other place in the area. Fully recommend!

I went to Sarah after trying to correct color myself..big mistake! Sarah talked with me at length, and we came up with a plan to get me back on track. She totally exceeded my expectations!! The transformation is off the hooks!! I am sooooo glad I found her, and the Confidence Factory. Sarah is sweet, knowledgeable, and just a great person. I will go see Sarah for all my hair needs from now on. The owner Lynn was awesome too..everyone was. It’s a clean, and super cute place too. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLei aka Leis Locks is an AMAZING hair stylist. she is the ONLY person i let touch my hair and FOR YEARS NOW!! even when she was in school getting her license she was the only one i let give me trims. I decided for the first time to go bleach/dye my hair when she recommended i go half blonde underneath, so i let her and it turned out PERFECT!!!!!!!!! ive never gotten so many compliments on my hair in my life, after a couple of months i went fully blonde *photos attached* and that was done so beautifully i again got so many compliments. after w couple months i wanted to go back to the brown ontop and she was able to do that so perfect as well *pic attached with wavy hair* there isnt a time where i dont receive a compliment on my hair when i meet somebody. Lei cares about the health of my hair as well she will tell me when i NEED to get a trim and why i should in order to keep my hair healthy aswell as treatments she recommends if my hair gets dry. i have brought her a couple of customers since my first official appointment with her and i will continue to bring more because she is the best stylest i have ever met in my life. I mean come on! Look at that before and after! I have very dark hair and in the past a lot of hair stylist have FRIED my hair in order to get it light enough to color. Lynn was able to lighten my dark AF hair to basically white. It took literally forever but Lynn never complained or made me feel bad. She even opened the salon the next day to finish me up. I’ve never felt more comfortable or confident in a hair colorist/salon in my entire life. My hair still felt super healthy and I had zero breakage! I won’t go anywhere else. I trust Lynn and everyone at the Confidence Factory 100%! Oh I also like the fact that I knew upfront how much the total service was going to cost and the pink is fading so nicely! It’s been a few months and it still looks great!
