I absolutely loved the way Wendy did my hair and makeup for my daughters bridal shower. I have never used this salon in the past and I am so happy I found Wendy . So accommodating, came in early for me so I could make it to my daughters shower on time. Will definitely be using her for the rehearsal dinner too.

Was considering making an appointment for my mother for the holidays as a surprise. I always look at the best and worst reviews when looking into an unfamiliar business. Seeing the owner of this establishment make nothing but excuses in this review thread is honestly disturbing. I wouldn’t subject a loved one to this kind of attitude from anyone. Hope the employees are treated with more dignity and respect than unhappy customers

I go to The Concept Aveda every week for a Blow Out and Straighten and every single time I absolutely love the results. Every stylist is amazing and so nice. Stephanie, Des, Diana, Kerri, Bianca, Wendy!!! They have all done my hair at least once and they all are so accomodating. Even the Front Desk women.. Amy & Amanda are the absolute best. If they are booked, don’t hesitate to ask if they can put you on the waitlist and they will make sure to call you back if something opens up. I highly recommend The Concept for the lovely ladies, the best blowouts, and it’s amazing location. (right next to Dunkin)

I come to The Concept salon for my keratin treatment twice a year. I have thick frizzy curly hair and I find it hard to find someone who knows how to deal with it. Desiree always does a perfect job and gets my roots just the way I like them. If you have similar hair texture, I highly recommend her ! Curly hair
