If you have ever tried theirs nail place and loved the girls that work there but hated the owner, COME BACK and try again. The salon is under new management. I went in yesterday and had my gel mani and was greeted by a nice woman. She’s the new owner, and seems very nice. At one point all of the girls in there were laughing with her, new saw that with the old male owner. She’s removed all of the annoying signs about tipping and seems to be making some changes. So if you have ever gone in and thought I like how my nails looked, but then dealt with the rude owner and decided never to come back. Coke back and try again!!

The owner is very gruff. He does not care if you are pleased or not. He works the girls like slaves. My person was very nice. Everything is very rushed. My toes look ok but my nails (SNS and tips) look terrible and there is so much behind the nail that it is annoying. She nail filed when the glue was still holding the nail to my skin and all it did was cut me. It really hurts today and is a little swollen. I would never go back. Everything is new and clean!

Hidden gem! Just got a gel mani here and am so impressed! Jenneth did a great job in a timely manner without rushing, and gave me a quick neck massage towards the end of the treatment! Inside decor is fine and the place is clean and $20 for a gel mani is a steal. Will def be coming back!

Terrible service. Was looking for a color, picked out about 15 different options, none of which they have. I understand we are having supply issues, but when the owner tells me I need to order a color if I want it..is where the problem lies. I don’t think I need to order gel polish I want to use once, I believe that’s part of owning a nail salon. If you don’t have the colors then don’t offer me those options.

Worst nail salon in Yonkers. I called to ask availability and the owner was the rudest he could be. I have been there before and had the worst experience with them damaging my nail beds and forcing tips. I was going to just get a pedicure and ended up hanging up from how disgusting he was over the phone. 0 stars.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst & last time here. Two stars because the woman who did my mani pedi was nice.The owner is SO rude. Not to me but to another customer who he told to come in at a certain time. She arranged child care & a way to come in then once she got there he told her to come back later. She tried to explain to him why it was difficult to come in already & reminded him of their conversation over the phone. He was telling her it wasn’t an appointment that they set, he doesn’t set appts .. but took down her number and told her to come at a certain time.He then started telling her she always does this & was yelling at her & continued to tell her to come back later. It was just cringy, second hand embarrassing & unprofessional.I will not be returning & hopefully that woman doesn’t either.First & last time here.
