Charlotte!! I have been to so many salons throughout San Antonio in the last few years & have never left super happy with my results. Charlotte did amazing! She listened to what I wanted, addressed my worries & concerns. TOOK the time to do things the right way. She is very personable and friendly. I will recommend to everyone I know now! She made me feel so much better about myself ❤️ Just look at the before and after! It’s only been one day and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Can’t say enough good!

I had not cut my hair in over a year and I’m so glad that I found The Colour Room salon. I’ve had bad experiences at other hair salons before but my stylist Ashlyn was so sweet and made me feel comfortable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered!!! She cut about 4 inches off, gave me face framing layers and even styled it at the end. The staff is so outgoing and kind. They truly make the environment so much fun! I highly recommend coming here to get your hair done! I know I only got a haircut but I was watching another hair stylist work on a girl who wanted blue hair and the results were immaculate! I’m so glad to have found my forever hair salon ♥️

I normally don’t leave any negative reviews, but I would hate for this to happen to someone else. I came to Charlotte about two months ago now. Charlotte did not use the chemicals or tools properly on my hair, she completely burned my hair, as a hair dresser I trusted her with my hair and I don’t know if it was to get paid but she did not care one bit about the condition my hair was in before/after she bleached it again and left me under the dryer. Not too mention the multiple colors on my hair. She then quickly rushed me out of the salon. That day she took a before photo, but weirdly not an after photo because she knew what she had done. She even said a comment like “oh your hair would look cute above shoulder” but that is because she knew the damage she caused my hair. The emotional damage she has left me is real as my hair continues to fall out and shed. I reached out to the salon and Charlotte did not have the decency to call me back to apologize or explain after care to the damage she caused. The salon owner (Jessica)was the one who called me back and returned my money, she was nice. What I had spent there doesn’t compare to what I am now paying for my hair damages. Think before you schedule your hair appointment with Charlotte.

This salon, by far, made me one of the happiest customers !! I’ve been to medusas, Petra’s, and couple more “experts” in hair coloring and I always left unsatisfied with either the cut or color. After Petra’s , my hair fell off and was gummy. It took a while for me to start trusting salons again. I went to medusas and it was fine, but never really got what I asked for. At the colour room, Maria did my hair, and it was a complete 180!! She kept my hair healthy, colored and cut my hair to perfect, and even fixed my bangs that I cut myself because I was too afraid of going to a salon for a curtain bang …. All in all, she gave me back some confidence and I feel pretty 🙂

I found my forever salon finally!! Easy to find and safe location. Love the salon atmosphere/decor (laid back &chic) Arranging my appointment was super easy, whoever takes care of the appointment texting was super sweet and understanding. I didn’t mind that replies “took some time” we are ALL busy people ya know! and it honestly didn’t even seem that long to get a reply.

Great staff! Love the work they do and the pride they take into giving you what you want. Maria recently did my hair and I appreciate her working with me. I didn’t like the first results of my hair ( my choice color) she advised me what can happen . I still went with it, next day I called and said “hey I don’t like it, can we fix it “ she booked me as soon as she can and fixed it. I really appreciated that. I’ve been coming here off and on and have seen both Jessica and Maria and I love the work they do! Just know if you go with any of there staff you will get excellent work. Can’t wait for my next session 🙂

I love The Colour Room Salon! I’ve had so many bad hair experiences in my life, but not since I found these lovely ladies! I’ve been lucky enough to have Jessica & Jackie work on my hair, and I’ve left EVERY appointment with a smile! Not only because I’ve loved what they’ve done to my hair, but also because I’ve had a great time during my appointment! This salon gives all the good vibes, great music and even better personalities. My last hair appointment was with the beautiful and amazing hairstylist Charlotte. She did an amazing job with retouching up my roots and staying consistent with the color I previously got with another hairstylist. This is my 3rd time going with Charlotte and she always does an amazing job. She takes her time and listens to what you want and definitely will try her best to get you what you want. I’ve been getting my hair done at The Colour Room Salon for almost 7 years now and Jessica is doing an amazing job with making sure everyone is on the same page and enjoy working there and always learning new things. I love this salon and all the TCR girls and appreciate all their hard work tremendously. i don’t trust anyone else with my long, thick hair and will continue to go here for many more years to come. Keep it up ladies and stay blessed!
