The quality of Bri’s (the owner) hair extension line is amazing and this is the only place around that is fully up to date and educated with the best method for hand tied extensions. If you ever have any issues they take you in right away to get everything fixed and to your liking. My hair is so much healthier than it was two years ago because of the no tension method they use. Beth was phenomenal! After another salon in town messed up my appointment JUST before my wedding, I went to see Beth as I was in dire need of a cut, thin, and just adding some WOW to my hair. I went in THREE days before my wedding, understandably nervous, but with limited options. Beth was far beyond patient with my nerves and requests. She listened to everything I had envisioned for myself, and gave helpful feedback. Long story longer, I will be going back to her as long as we live in Duluth. She did quality work and truly takes customer service to new heights!
