Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySo unprofessional. I decided to try The Color Studio, and my first appointment was scheduled with Brooke. The day of my appointment, Brooke texted me saying she had to cancel our appointment, due to family circumstances, which is understandable. She said no one else was available that day to do my hair, so I’d need to reschedule. She booked me for two weeks later. I show up at the salon on the rescheduled day and time, and the salon is closed with no one picking up the phone. I texted Brooke directly, and she never replied. I left two voice messages and waited 30 minutes before deciding to leave. It’s a 45 minute drive from my house to the salon, and I had rescheduled carpet installation to accommodate Brooke’s schedule for this rescheduled hair appointment. So unprofessional. I decided to try The Color Studio, and my first appointment was scheduled with Brooke. The day of my appointment, Brooke texted me saying she had to cancel our appointment, due to family circumstances, which is understandable.
