Critical: ProfessionalismI was a very loyal customer of Sam’s for more than 10 years. I spent thousands of dollars on my hair and followed him to every shop he worked at.. I always tipped well,, gave him a New Year’s present and had a floral arrangement sent to his salon when he got his own place. When I had him change my hair to a lower maintenance color (red to blonde) he dropped me like a hot potato. Wouldn’t return phone calls, wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I went to his shop on a Friday night to see if he was still in business. I guess it’s all about the money for you Sam. Didn’t even have the common courtesy to tell me that he was closed or just tell me that he didn’t want to continue to do my hair. I was a very loyal customer of Sam’s for more than 10 years. I spent thousands of dollars on my hair and followed him to every shop he worked at.. I always tipped well,, gave him a New Year’s present and had a floral arrangement sent to his salon when he got his own place. Positive: QualityI would recommend The Color Lab to anyone over and over. I have transformed my hair over the years both with colors and cuts, nothing is too crazy or complicated for Sam. This is a hidden gem in Allentown. Sam is a triple threat in that he can conceptualize the hair, makeup and take the perfect editorial photo but also send you away with a stunning blow out. I would recommend The Color Lab to anyone over and over. I have transformed my hair over the years both with colors and cuts, nothing is too crazy or complicated for Sam.
