I came here 2 weeks ago for the first time for a root touch up and haircut. I asked for long layers and did want some length cut off due to my hair being so long. She styled my hair with curls when she was all done (I agreed to it.) I was happy when I left but when I got home I noticed my hair was super uneven. I reached out to my stylist and she fit me in the next day to fix it. I came back to the salon and I brushed out my curls as much as I can. What I thought was only the length that needed fixing, turned out to be worse than I thought. I told her yes it was only the length and I thought the layers were fine when I looked at them myself so again l left after it was “fixed”. So coming home the second time the next day I completely straightened my hair only to find my right side of hair more heavily cut than the other and it overall looks uneven. I tried to maybe just let it be but after having several people see that its noticeable its embarrassing. I was hoping she would be able to fix it the second time all the way but im just so disappointed. I had my hair cut in layers for years and it’s never looked this bad.

I called to set up an appointment to get my hair colored. I was asked random questions about my hair and if I colored it before which makes no sense to me. No other hair place has said this to me and I have gotten my hair professionally colored multiple times in my life. Also for my reason for the 1 star rating is that they told me that it first was going to be 3 hours which I was fine with and then switched it to 4 hours which I know is too long for getting hair colored. I am never going to go there and not tell anyone about them. I will stick with Supercuts who told me that they can color my hair without any question or hesitation.

Janet is amazing. I have followed her from salon to salon for over 15 years cause she is that great of a stylist! Just went there yesterday to get my sons first haircut from her cause I didn’t trust anyone else! Unfortunately very disappointed. The people who work there are polite and friendly. But I didn’t get what I wanted. I gave $ 255 for highlighting, which did not work out. I got chocolate color. After they washed off the toner, I got a yellow color. Also the waiting time was long. I definitely won’t go there again.

So I decided to google hair coloring places near me & came across this GEM of a place, I decided to checkbit out and went this morning and right away I was welcomed by their staff and without hesitating they took me in without an appointment. As soon as you come into their salon you can just feel the atmosphere in this salon was delightfullness ..& the staff is so wonderful they definitely make you feel welcomed. My hairstylist (Roxy) because as of today She will become my to go girl made sure that I would get what I was asking for she was very attentive to all my needs and most importantly she listened to everything I wanted to get as far as my hair and what my expectatio., As she started to work on me I can already sense that I definately was gonna get what I wanted and she took her time to work with me!! and made sure it all came out exactly how I wanted and she definately delivered!!!!!!Such an amazing stylist that I literally lost track of time & next thing you know she was alreay styling.. Janet is by far the best hair stylist I have found ! Always does an amazing job! The hair style last even when my hair grows out, it always looks nicely cut! I havent had my hair cut by anyone else since!!

Janet is the best. She always listens to what you want, and will be honest with you as to what she can, and can’t do. If you say you wanna look like Brad Pitt, but you look more like an ArmPit, she’ll let you down easily. Also, she listens and is a great conversationalist. She’s (as the kids say).
