Walking by this salon I was so impressed by the clean and elegant look from the outside. The makeup station in the window is flawless, down to the perfectly clean brushes laid out ready to go as well as the stations for hair. The esthetic of this place makes me want to spend a day of pampering here often. You can clearly see that all the staff care about the cleanliness.

Best experience I’ve ever had! I was so nervous walking in. I knew I wanted something different and something fresh and HOT but I didn’t know exactly what. This place charged me over $300 and absolutely destroyed my hair. They insisted on doing highlights instead of just bleaching and then “tapped my roots” to make them dark when I’m a natural strawberry blonde. It was a repair job and cut but they lied and she even made my hair totally uneven after cutting it WAY TOO SHORT, it’s over an inch longer on the left. The “hairdresser” Mollie also told me to take selfies after, and as I try to look happy the worker who thinks face tattoos make her scary and her snobby client giving me dirty looks in the mirror. They seem like they were purposefully trying to be intimidating and/or bullying. By the way, trying to respond to accuse a client of what your staff has done is what gaslighting looks like. If you don’t look or act a certain way, you’re not treated nicely. I *heard* the other hairdressing gossiping about me with her client; lying is ugly. Trying to double down and come after an unsatisfied client who called you out is incredibly toxic. By the way, I leave plenty of great reviews for businesses that deserve them. Businesses aren’t people so throwing a fit isn’t going to fix the problem your staff seems to have bullying women who don’t fit into a certain look or stereotype. I believe most of the good reviews for this place come from friends and family. *This* is the trendy place in Scranton? No way. I would have done a way better job cutting my own damn hair. Over $300 and They gave someone who came in with obvious punk rock style a “Karen cut” and were very snobby. Any response saying otherwise is lying. Calling yourself a “small business” when you are a big company out on mainstream is so dishonest. Avoid!

Love getting my hair done here! Alycia is amazing and always takes such care to listen to her clients. The red and blonde baylage she does to my hair take a while. She never rushes and is sure to take her time and care everytime. It always looks amazing! She does my niece’s hair every summer with stand out colors!
