Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy wife had an appointment for a haircut and highlight at this place. They were 1 hour late for her appointment then told her they can only do the haircut but not the highlight because they had no time. They rescheduled her the next day. Next day they made a lame excuse and cancelled the appointment and offered to reschedule a week later. A week later on the morning of the appointment they made another excuse and cancelled the appointment. Nevermind the fact that they never answer the phone or respond to texts. This was my 1st visit to color bar. My daughter suggested I go there if I was going to get my hair done. Natalia did a perm on me and it came out a bit relaxed. When I called to let her know she said I should come back in for a re- do. She said there would not be an additional charge and tip was up to me, tip given. It turned out beautiful, husband loves it. I recently went into the color bar with my hair looking very orange! Natalia asked me what my goal was and knew within seconds what toner she was going to use. My hair was back to looking amazing! Natalia is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has a great energy. She’s now my go to girl for my hair!!!
