I visited the salon from Houston. I was beyond satisfied! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I satisfied. It was clean and very relaxing. The staff is very knowledgeable. It was a very last minute appointment and they still accommodated me. Their customer service was superb. If you are in the area please stop by! This is the only salon I will visit. I didn’t get a chance to meet the owners this time but she did contact me to make sure I was satisfied with my services.

My stylist is amazing! Very knowledgeable, gentle with my hair and courteous. She uses quality products and great techniques with my natural hair. Love her work! I give a 2 star to the owner. She came in, cut off my conversation (twice) to go on about how she needed her hair done, yada, yada. Began ranting about another customer review. Cussing (in front of my 9 year old) and saying how she was turning up and planned on drinking that day. Utterly rude and unprofessional! She didn’t use an excuse me or try to lower her voice in front of my child. Not impressed with her at all.

Called to make an appointment but no one answered, voicemail instructed to book appointment online. I made the appointment on their website and received confirmation email. When I got to the shop no one was here they were closed at 1pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Very unprofessional. I would have been a regular if they did a good job. Oh well.
