Critical: QualityI want at this place on Nov 20,2021, today is Nov 24,2021. My nails are already in bad shape and at the moment that I was doing my nails I complained about how the manicure was being done and the girls simply ignored me. I told her I had dip before she did not take it out prior redoing it with more dip polish. My nails are so tick and burning I don’t know why. I am going to a different place to take it out immediately. Also they charged me $100 for dip manicure and regular pedi that they use a different color that I have asked. I asked for funny bunny and they polished my pedi nails with totally white color. My nails are already in bad shape and at the moment that I was doing my nails I complained about how the manicure was being done and the girls simply ignored me. The best nail salon in Miami. The manager and all nail technicians are high qualified, professional and friendly. I’ve tried quite a few salons before finding this one, which was very disappointing and this one is the best! Since then been recommended to all my girlfriends and they are very happy with the beauty salon. Thank you all

The customer service was great. However, I was definitely over charged for my nails. I paid $70 (not including tip) for a gel manicure with fake nails. My thumb nail fell off (i glued it back on) and it cracked after that. My pointer finger nail fell off as well. I got my nails done Friday afternoon and it only lasted until Monday before anything happened to them. I do want to say the girl who did my nails did put in a lot of effort and I was shocked that it did not last long. I did not do anything rough with my nails to bring this upon my manicure.

I did my nails about a week ago. I got aprés nails since is a very healthy gel nail process which I got recommendation from a friend and afterwards even the girls from the salon told me it was a very good choice. Overall it was very nice, the girl who did my nails was super cool and they are very attentive and even offered me something to drink

Cocos nails is amazing. I will give this business 10/5, the place is amazing, they have a new location which is bigger and better .Everything is super clean, the girls are very professional and good at what they do. All of them are amazing, but Oriana is the best one so far, she works super clean and she is a perfectionist. Excellent job with eyebrows, pedicure, manicure, and also design. Would highly recommend. <3 :)

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! Went to do my nails there. The management is constantly rushing the manicurists. They do not sanitize the instruments and nail files. Management is so nasty to the staff. How can you do a good job if the management is rushing and treating you poorly??????? Also, they are not fond of taking African American clients. Don’t spend your money here.

Very profesional nail artist, service is great, prices are great and I am loving the new location., very beautiful and convenient in downtown Miami. I do waxing, acrylic nails with art or gel nails.
