Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityPLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! Do not get your hair cut here!!!! I went in asking for a trim with long layers amd facial framing. I hold have left during the hair washing experience. What woman doesn’t look forward to having someone else wash their hair? This was like having my 4 year old wash it. I could feel that the shampoo didn’t get everywhere. I had to hold the towel up while walking back to the station. As I’m watching my hair cut it just keeps getting shorter and shorter. There was no bother in seeing if it was evenly cut. No facial framing was done and the layers that were put in were not blended. Blow drying my hair was like a kid doing it, all over the place. A flat iron was used to straighten my hair and each section was gone through 4 or 5 times with hard pulling. I was in such shock I paid the 60 dollars and left. The next day I paid another 65 dollars with an amazing stylist at ulta to fix my hair. she had to take another 1.5 inches off to correct it. She was worried she would have to take 3 inches off. in total I lost 6 to 7 inches of hair growth. I have called and asked for a refund for several days and they will not. The receptionist kept telling me she had to ask the owner and would call me back.. SHE NEVER DID. I had to keep calling.. They said the stylist could have fixed it.
