Upon entering the establishment, I was not even greeted, I was just asked if I had an appointment, after saying that I didn’t, the person that asked me said that “i have multiple appointments” and the rest also said they had multiple appointments without even trying to accommodate or politely decline. It was as if I was bothering them and didn’t want to work. At the end they said “everywhere is with appointments only,” but little do they know is that I have been getting haircuts everywhere without appointments. They were rude and unwilling. 1 star, but I wish I could just give a 0 star.

Been coming here for the last 8 years. Everyone is an experienced barber (Jose, Carlos, Lupe and Mauro)!! I get my cuts with GEORGE. Best thing is that you tell him what you want done one time, and gets it right each and every time!! Like he says, “he focuses on quality of the haircut over the quantity”. Great place and great people. Extra bonus when Mauro makes cafecito.

Mauricio is an absolute wizard. The man will save your life. Very rare you find a barber who is equally good with the sheers and the clipper. Mauro can do it all. I am giving this place 3 stars because my husband is a regular and loves it, the staff are all very nice and it is a clean place. This review is based upon my experience as a woman and mother. I brought my son this past Saturday for his 2nd haircut in his life. My husband and I are intent on growing his hair out long up top but after 2 years the sides needed trimming and were unruly. I went in with very specific requests as to what I desired for my baby boy. I explained it in depth and provided photos. All I wanted was a clean up on the sides…top long and left alone. Not only did Jose not listen to my requests, he essentially did what he wanted. He trimmed off all my sons curls on the top although I asked repeatedly that the top not be cut. He also made fun of the haircut I had requested for my son. I was in such shock I just walked away and sat down during this experience until he was finished.i did not want to make a scene as it is my husband’s barber. I am beyond upset and sad about the haircut and the way our experience went. 2 years of growing out the top of his head for naught as it is now short and all curls gone. I will never…and I mean NEVER allow my son to go back there. As a man I am sure this place is great. As a mother taking her child, it was an uncomfortable and sad experience. It upset me enough that I have gone back and forth between writing or not writing a review. At the very least I want to save another mother from my experience. At the end of the day, you are providing a service. Nomatter how good or talented you believe you are, client’s requests MATTER.
