Placed an appointment online per the FB page this morning. Received confirmations and told my teen she was getting her long awaited perm today. We showed up for our appointment and was told by Heather that she didn’t have us on her schedule and didn’t even have perm solution. ♀️ My 13 yr old was crushed.
