…Every single time I book online, or try to walk in, they have some story on why they can’t cut my undercut or my son’s hair. One guy another time ago, cussed me out before I got in the barber shop…so, I thought he would have been Fired by now and I tried again.

They really not about they money and online price shows $30 and it’s really $40.. like I rather cut my own ish at this point or fly back to Miami to get my ish cut … definitely NOT doing nothing spectacular for $40..

Walked in at 4 they said they could take my 2 boys waited until 5 nothing, all barbers started to walk out around 5:15 without saying anything. There was only one barber left and he did said he was taking appointments only. What a horrible barbershop.

Being a father to a very active son, it’s hard to find a barber that’s reliable to get a cut at short notice. Every cut I’ve received doesnt need to be looked at. Just get up, pay and go. I’ve only used one barber in the shop, but sitting and seeing, every barber is outstanding. They definitely have the recipe for dope cuts.

New to the city and wasn’t able to find a good or at least decent barber. I came here after searching relentlessly for barbershops and I’m glad I did. The young man Ivan gave me a quality haircut. He was chill and I had a good conversation with him. He takes his times and ensures to give you the best haircut he an give you. Made TWO appointments online. Booked with Sergio, one for 10:15am and the other at 11:15. Showed up at 10am, so we can get checked in early and what not. Google along with the website states open for business at 10am. Showed up on time at 10am and the business was still not open, no one in sight until 10:10. Walked in, barely greeted and asked if I had an appointment and who with, I stated Sergio. I was told “ok if you have an appointment he should be getting here any minute, have a seat” meanwhile our barber was no where to be seen or heard by 10:15 (appt time) While sitting uncomfortable with no co onbarber there cutting someone’s hair, and after waiting until 10.30am. Another barber showed up, no greeting. And brought someone in from the parking lot who also had been waiting for him, this customer previously entered the building and stated that he had an appointment. The barber on-site preceded to say “did you call him?” Which the gentleman replied “yes he’s not answering” the barber on-site said “okay I’ll give him a call. After all this We decided to take our business elsewhere. If you decide to use “The Chemist” keep in mind to also bring cash, as this is the ONLY form of payment accepted. I was hoping to support our local barbers and give this place a try, sadly I’m not able to review the actual haircut as my nephews were never able to get their haircut. Ended up calling Mars Barbershop who not only took walk ins but also accepted all forms of payment and provided the utmost customer service experience
