This is my second time coming here, and I feel the same way I did when I went for the first time. Ecstatic! Everyone here is so friendly and has good vibes. Karen and the staff at the front desk are always sweet and inviting. Bridgette is my stylist, and I would recommend her to everyone! She is super kind and very talented. And she always makes me look and feel amazing, which makes me want to come back more often! 🙂 No matter where you live in Miami, this place is worth the drive.

Excellent experience, as always, with Kim. She “understands hair” and commits to cutting your hair the way you ask. I still like the layered look from the 80’s, showed her a picture, and she did it. I’ve had my hair pretty much that same style for decades, yet somehow, Kim manages to give it a modern flair. I’m also not into chatting while doing my hair and Kim respects that I don’t. Also, love the Changing Room place itself: friends and clean. Many if the stylists have been there for many, many years and for good reason – it’s a great place to work. Like many women, I’ve tried other places to do my hair. Every time someone ruined my hair, I’d run back to the Changing Room to fix it it. Finally, I realized why go anywhere else? Thank you Tony for keeping the place going and Kim!

This salon was truly life changing. Immediately when I walked in I felt so comfortable and the vibes were so friendly, kind, etc. The salon was well cleaned and looked astounding. Everyone I have spoken with had such a great welcoming attitude. Adara was the hairdresser that had cut my hair and she did a WONDERFUL job and recreated the haircut I exactly wanted, and walked me through the process of achieving that goal. This shop just felt soo welcoming which is important for me personally being a queer person!

I went here cause my friend told specially sent me and omg I’m so glad she did. From beginning to end it was just such a great experience over all. They had coffee for us in the waiting room and it was so cold this day, it was so needed. The front desk ladies were so sweet from the minute I walked in. The young lady that washed my hair literally felt like she removed so much heaviness from my scalp, I felt so refreshed after she was done with me (she gave me different shampoo and conditioner options???) that one left me like WOW! I get to pick! And my stylist Adara omg God sent. I’m so well with communicating but for once I couldn’t describe how I wanted to style my hair but I knew exactly what I wanted to cut off and how much and she did it and MORE! She created these beautiful layers that’s actually frame my face instead of the hair style I had that had been wearing me for God knows how long…just such a nice over all experience. I really needed this hair cut for my mental health and these ladies all were so amazing. If your in a funk cause of your hair just go HERE! JUST BOOK THE APPOINTMENT. They will take care of you like never before I had alot of damaged ENDS and everything she cut off only showed the true health of my hair. Ask for ADARA

BEWARE! After this experience I would NOT recommend this salon. They don’t care about providing customer service, or keeping you as a client. I spoke to Nya, the manager, when I scheduled the appointment and was not clearly communicated to on what services I would receive. I had balayage color done and WAS FORCED TO LEAVE WITH MY HAIR WET. The stylist Jenni refused to Blowdry and flat iron my hair. That was not the appointment I scheduled. I expressed that to Nya and the owner and they did NOTHING to rectify this disappointing experience at this establishment. If you have a bad experience here, don’t expect them to acknowledge their issue and correct it with reasonable customer service.

Even though I had originally booked a morning appointment through the app, due to a glitch, they couldn’t find it in their system but they were still able to accommodate me later that day. The customer service is above and beyond. Stef is also hands down the best stylist I’ve ever had – she’s great with color, cuts, styling…there’s literally nothing she can’t do!
