Unique barbershop in downtown Williamsport operating primarily by APPOINTMENT. Walk ins taken only when a slot is open or there is a cancellation both of which are rare! Specializing in shorter clipper cuts and hairstyles such as fades (high,mid,low,burst), tapers, etc. If you are looking for a longer hairstyle or an all scissor cut, you may want to visit a salon as they tend to specialize in longer hair cutting and scissor only cuts. We prefer quality over quantity. Quality takes time so our services can run anywhere from 15 minutes for a beard trim to 45 minutes for a detailed fade and beard trim. We would encourage you to download the CUT app to book an appointment. Once downloaded look for the chair barbershop!

Hands down the best barber in town. Tim is an absolute professional who takes genuine pride in his work. He treats every person who comes in with tremendous respect, from kids to adults of any age. Easily the best experience of my life in regards to visiting a barbershop. Tim is a professional craftsman at what he does and a great conversationalist. Quality is his top priority and he showed that in the short time it took to correct a mistake another local place made. His prices are unbeatable and he made me feel like a million bucks. I’ve been to dozens of barbers across the 5 states I’ve lived in and have NEVER had as good of a haircut as I get at the cHair. A former police officer turned barber balances respect and attention to detail with a great atmosphere. Best advice: schedule an appointment via “the Cut” (an app) because this guy is always busy. Walk ins are welcomed but appointments take priority. Do yourself a favor and get your next haircut at the cHair!
