Critical: ProfessionalismSent my daughter, who has a beautiful mane, for partial highlights, cut and style. The salon stylist was polite, but both her and the manager complained and made my daughter feel guilty for having long, thick hair. Yes, they made her feel like she was a burden instead of a customer. The highlights are barely there and hard to see. Very disappointed. I will not be sending her back. My daughter tipped the stylist $30, despite feeling uncomfortable and unwanted. Sent my daughter, who has a beautiful mane, for partial highlights, cut and style. The salon stylist was polite, but both her and the manager complained and made my daughter feel guilty for having long, thick hair. Critical: ProfessionalismI must admit my manicure with Lauren was terrific and she was super. My issue was with the office manager who literally called me “stupid” when I had a very serious issue occur with botox injections. I received Botox from Justine and the results where amazing, I’ll never go anywhere else! My sister started going to her too and she feels the same way. They are Reasonably priced Justine is very knowledgable, kind and makes you feel extremely comfortable I’m coming up on my 3 months I can’t wait to book my appointment!! The salon was very nice and well decorated the girls working the front where very friendly!

I bought a Groupon for a deep cleanse facial and I decided to use it this past week. I booked my facial with Karen and she was very friendly and personable! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire facial. My skin looked and still felt very polished a few days after the appointment. The salon is very clean and stylish! Like I said, I used a Groupon but I would definitely return for another facial and recommend to others!

Giving one star is being nice. The service was good. However, I had a gel manicure and a pedicure done. The pedicure chipped within a day and the gel manicure peeled within the week. When I called to express the disappointment I was told I would receive a refund which never came. When I reached out again for my refund they ignored my email. For being such a high class place of business I was not treated very well.

I paid $90.00 plus a very generous tip, for a bad job on my nails. I didn’t notice how bad they were until I got home. I am very upset. My manicure and pedicure in the photos were taken only 45 minutes after getting home from The Center. You can see for yourself the bad job that was done on my nails. The nail salon in Wal-Mart could have done better work on my nails.

I wasn’t going to post anything, but thought people should be aware- none of the employees wore their masks properly the entire time I was there. The person who did my mani/pedi talked about COVID being a hoax the entire time, which made me extremely uncomfortable. If you’re concerned at all for your health, I would not recommend going here during the pandemic. In normal times, I would say they were kind and did a great job with my nails…. I just don’t trust being there right now if that’s the way they’re approaching the current situation.
