The atmosphere, the stylists, even the prices are great here. Took my 6 year old and my 17 year old the same day. Super easy to book an appointment. Kieron was absolutely amazing for my non-binary 17 year old. The way she was speaking to my kid almost made me cry. She was very attentive and present the entire time. That was heart warming to me because my kid has a very hard time with mental health and self-esteem issues. I paid for much more than just a hair cut.

My husband went in for a trim today, to just shape up his hair. Even came with photos, all showing a longer flow, but with a little more shape on the sides. Left with all of it being cut off, the left side incredibly short (way shorter than a single one of the photos that was shown). And on top of it being a lot shorter than what was asked, towards the top of the left side it is a little longer and absolutely not blended whatsoever. So unless it is gelled to the nines 24/7 there is a very obvious blunt cut. As a stylist if you do not know how to give a client the desired look, don’t. I have never once heard this man complain about a hair cut, as he’s very easy going, so you know it’s bad when he complains. And now we are scrambling to find someone to fix this mess 12 hours before leaving for an important event. Again, if you don’t know how to do your job correctly, do not do it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just a truck driver passing through town, stopped in Shawn gave me an amazing haircut, hot towel treatment, neck massage, and straight razor to trim the back of my neck.
