One of the best in town doing haircuts. It’s affordable and flexible hours, nice on campus location. Managed to a T. I started getting my haircut here a month or 2 ago and haven’t been anywhere else. Definitely worth a visit. I DID NOT receive any form of compensation for my review by the way.

Very poor service, poor communication. Came in for a haircut and was told there was a reservation for one of the hairdressers but other than that we were not acknowledged whatsoever. Waited for over an hour with no communication from the staff at all. It would have been very easy to say there was a long wait but it seemed they had no intention of paying attention to us and only were talking with other customers, albeit they may have been regulars. I never even got a haircut because I assumed (notice that they didn’t tell me ) that I wouldn’t have gotten my hair cut before they closed. I’m very displeased although I heard good things about it I was let down today. I would not recommend going without a reservation made in advance. So much time wasted !

Garbage. Told me 15$ and charged me 25$ and he didn’t even line my beard. Asked for a fade, he must’ve not known what a fade was, because I had to tell him to keep making it balder while he was huffing and puffing. First and last time coming to this place.

Ever since moving to Louisville, Pope at Campus Barber Shop has been my go-to barber. Incredible fade-work, reasonably priced, great customer service, and nice community vibes. Make sure to schedule an appointment, as their popularity is pretty high. A great location for anyone around the UofL campus. Would recommend to any guy looking for a quality cut. As long as I live in Louisville, I will be a regular here!
