In response to the employee response of my previous review of unprofessionalism, this was the third time he missed my appointment and when I got to the business, there were no window coverings and everything was boxed up and disheveled like the business was closed. I hope he recovers from the accident but there is no excuse for past missed booked appointments and business closure with no communication.
