This vendor is worst I have ever came across. Very rude and very unprofessional. She didn’t respect the groupon. I called 2 weeks back. She said she will call me back in 2 minutes to confirm appointment. She never called. She didn’t pick up the phone either. Today She confirmed the appointment at 5pm but 10 minutes after that she called it. She just hanged up the phone on me. She didn’t even provide option for rescheduling.
