Critical: ProfessionalismTried to call to set up an appointment for Monday (not knowing they were closed then). The woman who answered said “no appointments available”. I asked if there were appointments the rest of the week. She ignored it or didn’t hear me and asked me if I was a new client which I said “yes” and then asked if I was referred where I replied “no”. She then told me “we definitely don’t have appointments on Monday because we are closed” with attitude. I asked if they had any other appointments for the week and she said “well, we are booked but I’ll see” completely complacent and seemingly annoyed that I asked. If this is how you treat new customers I’m glad I found out and have now given someone else my business.
