Huge NO for me. I set up an appointment and walked in explaining it was my first time getting my brows laminated. Sonya did not go over any newbie procedures or any after care. She stayed on a personal phone call the whole time and never seemed focused on just “me” as a client. She even went back and forth between me and a brow wax she had come in and I didn’t notice her change gloves or wash hands after handling cards/other services. Once the lamination process was almost over she mentioned she would dye my brows, which I was ok with but never informed it was included in the price. The lamination looked pretty good (I got my eyebrows waxed elsewhere before hand) but my eyebrows were pitch black in color. I got home and called her asking how I can remove the color and mentioned to her that while trying to remove the color on my own most of the lamination had come off. I asked if I could come back in to get just the lamination fixed and she said no because the procedure is done every 4-6 weeks. I was pretty distressed as my eyebrows looked terrible and she was not being understanding/nor offering any type of solution. Overall I paid a high price to be ignored and go home with black rectangles on my face, that I instantly had to scrub off.

It was my first time getting threaded and was a little nervous and unsure but the woman who did my brows and lip was amazing! She answered my questions and made me so much more comfortable! I highly recommend! My brows look amazing with her thread job and tint! And the price was super reasonable!

Both of the ladies at this place are amazing at what they do! The owner, Sonya, is the absolute best person I’ve ever gotten my eyebrows done by. She always tells me what she’s doing and explains to me how to keep them looking just as good as the day she did them. I always leave her salon happy and feeling beautiful. The prices are fair and the work is great.

Such a cute, clean and welcoming salon! I was able to do a walk-in and health protocols were followed at every point. I had my face threaded and my brows look great! There is an attention to detail here that I have not found at other threading salons. And prices are competitive and so worth it for the quality! Will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been going to Sonya for almost 4 years now. I had my eyebrows micro bladed in 2017 and have had them touched up yearly since. I wouldn’t trust my brows to anyone else. I am constantly complimented on my brows. Sonya is fast, precise and friendly. I’ve since returned for other services and she never disappoints. She’s the best!

Sonya came highly recommended and was extremely professional. I drove 1 hour to come here because her prices are reasonable and her reviews are great. The shop was clean and safe. She checked my temp at the door and it was not crowded at all. I am very happy with my results of my first microblading appointment. They came out very well and I’m looking forward to not having to draw my brows in everyday.

Sonya is amazing! I was actually in the plaza and came across this little piece of heaven. Decided to walk in and check it out! Best decision ever because I decided to get a threading and tint, and I was very pleased! I am usually nervous to get my eyebrows done because I don’t want a crazy shape or too much off. I felt at ease, and confident in Sonya and let’s just say MY GUT IS ALWAYS RIGHT So yeah, I’m pretty much hooked now I definitely highly reccommend her. Thanks Sonya!!!

Today was my one year touch up for my microblading. Sonya does amazing work, I’ve been with her since she was at Salon Lofts in Roswell, now she’s in her very own BEAUTIFUL storefront in Acworth. She’s professional, caring, reasonably priced (other places I initially checked were charging $300-$600 for the initial microblading service and that DID NOT include the touch up) and just plain amazing at what she does. Oh yes, also – I don’t wear makeup and get compliments daily about how nice my eyebrows are 🙂

Sonja is amazing. Her micro-blading technique is awesome and I get so many compliments on my eyebrows. I was a little skeptical to buy a Groupon but it was worth every penny. You will have to go back for a touch up after 30 days but after that you don’t have to touch your brows for up to a year. People who have left nasty reviews about her cancellation policy are just haters. She specifically tells you multiple times you will be charged for a no-show. Girl has got to run a business!
