I went in to get my lashes done because I needed them done last minute. The person doing my lashes attempted to do my lashes with my eyes open then proceeded to tell me that my eyes were just sensitive when my eyes started to water and burn. So she decided to put masking tape under my eye so i could close them and to finish the lashes. I paid $120 for what was supposed to be hybrid lashes but the lashes were done in much larger clusters. 24 hours later my eye is red and irritated and I’m losing lashes I called to attempt to get a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund I asked to speak with a higher up and was hung up on multiple times before I drove up there to get the number yo talk to the owner. I was told I was having a bad reaction to the glue and they couldn’t give me a refund and the only thing they would do is give me a refill for the large gaps in my lashes.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for years and I am always satisfied with the service I receive. I have had my brows done by several of the staff here and they are all skilled and do a great job. I have very thick brows and they are able to shape them and arch them very nicely with threading. I always walk-in and the service has always been quick!

I’m so angry. My eyebrow is missing a chunk of hair! I told the lady and she said “no, I didn’t go in the middle”. That’s a lie because I hadn’t had my eyebrows done in a while so there was definitely no lack of hair. She was completely indifferent and did not apologize. She appeared to be younger with long hair. I’ve had an older woman before who did a good job, but I’m very dissatisfied with this experience.

Love the 2 women who do the Threading. Fast and nice. Clean facility. Never longer than a 10 minute wait as a walk in. Does take appts. Threading hurts so I do wax and my friend does Threading. Great shape to the brows.
