I got my brows done by caroline a few weeks ago and they are now fully healed! Beautiful, even & natural. My appointment was fun (because caroline’s a hoot) and relaxing (self care time away from my 1 year old). I’ve always been a makeup minimalist minus brows, and having my brows already done when I wake up is a game changer. Would recommend a thousand times over and will probably keep getting them touched up for the rest of forever, LOL!

My advice: Please do your research. I had decided to go to Caroline in Chino Hills because my esthetician recommended her; however, I did not do my research. I asked for a more natural look and, in turn, got bold brows. The shape of one brow is fuller than the other, and add to my disappointment, my brow color looks almost black! When I asked to start the remove process, her approach wasn’t welcoming and at all accommodating. She failed to mention the process, better yet, the solution necessary for removal until asking questions and feeling like I’ve annoyed her.
