The attention was not really bad, but the service was yes, I went for an eyebrow laminate, from the beginning it was bad since the person who did it to me did not even clean the area before starting, immediately, he put very little glue and did not do the eyebrow lift correctly, after that he applied what was necessary, when he applied the tint he did it wrong, I asked him to remove it but he didn’t even have the necessary tools to remove it, since he used a Q-tip and he didn’t even use a new eyebrow brush, nor disinfected, these negligence should not happen in a place with the corresponding permits, they charged me 80 dollars and they did not even remove the product properly, I think that they should protect themselves with a piece of paper that they make us sign, they should take a class to see the correct way in which the service is done, to do it as it should and have the necessary hygiene, I honestly would not recommend that this service be done in this place, on the other hand they remove the eyebrow well with thread, but they do not have the necessary hygiene to provide the services. They make you sign a paper not to take responsibility for the bad work they do, instead of learning to do a service with the necessary hygiene and with all the necessary products, or to clean the area and they take money and don’t disinfect or wash their hands .

They helped me very quickly and made sure I was completely satisfied with my brows. They give you a card that when you come in 10 times for brows, you get the next one free!
