Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueDon’t go there!!! This place does horrible waxing. The girl acted like it was her first time waxing eyebrows. she took a whole 30 minutes. She messed up multiple times then she stopped waxing my eyebrows and started threading them. She’s bad at threading her threading hurt!! And after all that my eyebrows did not come out right. Don’t go there!!! This place does horrible waxing. The girl acted like it was her first time waxing eyebrows. she took a whole 30 minutes. She messed up multiple times then she stopped waxing my eyebrows and started threading them. She’s bad at threading her threading hurt!! And after all that my eyebrows did not come out right. Critical: QualityI’ve been coming here for the last 6, 7 years and I have never had a problem until today. The mask policy is funny, if you require a mask don’t charge ? Like they cost 3$ for a box. But let’s get to the experience… just awful.. they always do my eyebrows good but today was not the day .. mind you it’s almost New Years so everyone is trying to look their best. I always do my eyebrows with Aridia but she said she was gona eat which was cap cus she came out to attend another walk in. So I was forced with the other lady. Mind you I’m a long time customer. Áridia I know her from the eyebrow place she started before she opened her business.. so for that treatment I’m not ok with. I’ve done my eyebrows with Meghan and she’s is pretty good. I couldn’t tell who it was because of the mask .. but I wasn’t worried because they have never messed up my brows. boy was I WRONG .. Girl thinned out my eyebrows after I told her I’m just cleaning them. Mind you I’m growing them out so you don’t need to clean them that deep. I’m ok with the little hairs .. on top of her thinning my eyebrows I’m trying to grow out she ain’t even give them a good shape. They look all choppy I have never had such a bad experience like today. And Aridia could of just taken me as a customer. She went to the back for 2 mins just for her to come outside and tend to this white girl. After allThese years i will not be returning to the establishment. Horrible shape I have to shade them in.. when I got them with Aridia I didn’t even need to paint over them because the shape .. Then the second time I came I was under the impression she would make sure to do my eyebrows the same considering I told her to just keep them thick. She took off half the hair on the end of my brows and they haven’t grown back the same since. It’s quite depressing considering I always use to get compliments for my brows and now I am in a category of people that have thinning on their brows from experiences like this. I got my eyebrows threaded one time here, and the lady did a perfect job. Then the second time I came I was under the impression she would make sure to do my eyebrows the same considering I told her to just keep them thick. She took off half the hair on the end of my brows and they haven’t grown back the same since. It’s quite depressing considering I always use to get compliments for my brows and now I am in a category of people that have thinning on their brows from experiences like this.
