Although I’ve known the owner since junior high, I never felt that her personalism faltered because of this as some people tend to be will be less professional when they know you personally. She was always on time unless it was an emergency out of her control. Her booth or work area is always clean and refreshing. She offers many services and is competitively priced compared to similar businesses.She has a sweet spirit and is always concerned about her client’s comfort and well being. Once she missed a few hairs on my wax due to low lighting and I called her up to let her know once I got home and saw this.
