I patronized The Brow Lounge twice. The first lash application experience was great so I decided to go back. The second time I booked a lash extension fill, brow sculpt and brow lamination. The service was $205 and I gave a $20 tip. Having said that, the young lady who performed the service was very nice and pleasant but she was in training. The skill level says to me that she should have been supervised and guided through the process. I am not happy with the results and will not likely return.

I love Deanna! She’s been doing my brows for about 2 yrs now and they’re always amazing! The entire staff is so friendly and you feel like you’re with family. I’ve been obsessed with eyebrows for so long and could never find anyone who cared as much as this place. One of a kind eyebrow boutique. Tracey takes her time and you come out with celebrity eyebrows. Its honestly the only place you should go for brows. I’ve been going for years and taking Traceys advice my eyebrows are almost all grown in and keeping nice shape.

I had been there twice ( because they messed up my eyebrows the first time) I do not recommend this place they hire girls that are way too young and do not know what they’re doing. Waisted my money and now my eyebrows are messed up and I have too fill them in every day. The reason I went there so I didn’t have to do them every day. It seems like the owner doesn’t care because I called her 3 days ago and still haven’t received a phone call back.
