Worst place to get eyebrows done. Use to be great but the dark haired girl and blonde haired girl do not like when you ask for hair to be taken off like they will be violent when turning your head if you ask them more than once to take hair off. And the bigger older lady just really sucks. She is the nicest of them all but she really sucks at doing eyebrows. This place is no longer going to. The first two visits are great but when they see youve become a regular customer they get rude and sloppy and its just not worth it anymore. Ive been going here for over a year. And too my black queens. The one with blonde hair is most definitely racist do not let her fool you. Tell her you don’t like her brows and watch her quick she gets on the phone to start talking about you. She has NO PROBLEM what so ever dropping hints to let you know you’re getting on her nerves and that her phone conversation is about you TRUST ME.

the eyebrow threading is good but i got here right at 10 cause they open at 10. someone finally shows up at 10:30 and says they are not opening till 11:30. i have a very important photo shoot today and can’t get my eyebrows done because of this “mistake” on google.

Today I went in to have my brows done, the person who always do my brows wasn’t there two new individuals I have never seen Before, the younger woman was very condescending in the way she spoke, she ask me for my name which I was never ask before I told her I didn’t want my name in the company computer, I paid cash and saw no reason to give my name she held on to my change and demand I give her my name which I refuse, she went on to tell me she is the manager and she is gonna have a talk with the young lady who always do my brows because she should have made me give my name She held my change hostage. I will not be returning because of her, I wonder how she would act if she had a manager title in a store like Belks???? Even if she have issues with a coworker, she had no right discussing it with the client.

Critical: QualityMessed up the natural arch of my brows, I expressed that I disliked my brows and they advised I wait a while before getting them done again. I left upset then decided to go back because I really didn’t like my experience and the lady was very sweet but unfortunately she wasn’t the one who did my brows she agreed they were very thin. I’m disappointed with the person who did my brows and wish she wouldn’t work there. Messed up the natural arch of my brows, I expressed that I disliked my brows and they advised I wait a while before getting them done again. I left upset then decided to go back because I really didn’t like my experience and the lady was very sweet but unfortunately she wasn’t the one who did my brows she agreed they were very thin. I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and they are amazing and do a fantastic job! However, their hours are never accurately posted anywhere for you to check before you make the drive over to find that they are randomly closed. Eyebrow threading

The same lady that always threads my eyebrows does a fantastic job every single time and never disappoints. I told her it was uncomfortable and didn’t look right and both ladies argued and said it looked fine. She attempted to fix it and I left. Only to get home and my eye was burning. I went right back and the younger lady cut the lashes off and replaced what she could. I took them off completely that same night.
