Worst nail salon experience ever! This photo is the end result of a $44 #2 spa pedicure! I’m a returning costumer to both salons #1 & #2 until today! The woman who gave the manicure obviously did not want to be there….She was very rough, rude, and cut me 3x….IDK if she was having difficulty seeing or staying awake (both) she clipped my big toe nail half off by accident. Ran over and grabbed the acrylic and tried covering it! No apology was given by her or staff in charge. Still in disbelief! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Been coming here for years. The people are nice but the wait time sometimes is horrible unless you have an appointment already set. Maria or Theresa have been great on my pedicures. I do think they could do better on sterilization of instruments as I had to ask if they were new packs being used to avoid getting a fungus. Overall, I’ve had no problem

Horrible service I was there getting my acrylic nails done with Henry And I asked them to fix my polish and to add a little more white also to make my French tips straighter because I felt that he literally rushed his work and while I ask him to do so he totally gave me the worst attitude and started to throw all his stuff in his drawer. That’s why I called to make sure to be able to be seen by someone that has experience and is able to make my nails look fabulous for my event I let them know a week of advance

First and last time at this salon. They’re not friendly at all. Not one nail was the same size as the rest. My index finger was crooked.. there was a bunch acrylic power underneath another nail. He never had me wash my hand so dust was trapped under the gel polish and I told him but he didn’t listen and put my hand under the light anyway. I showed him the shape I wanted on their chart and he just went ahead and did square. When I asked him if he was going to do the shape I asked for, he raised his voice and said yeah but still didn’t do it. I ended up just paying for horrible service and nails and had to pay to get them redone somewhere else.

Where to start. First off make sure you go with some extra time they are always busy. My first time I got a full leg wax and a pedicure. I noticed after my legs were waxed they got red but didn’t think nothing of it because it happens. Theresa did my pedicure which I loved how she does pedicures. She actually takes her time and does it right. After a week I noticed I started getting so much ingrown hairs like never before! But I thought it had to do with the weather (idk). Went back about three weeks later to do the same thing. When the lady waxed my legs I mean they looked horrible super irritated red bumps it hurt and she didn’t even try taking the ingrown hairs out. At that point I knew it was their wax either to hot or just their wax sucks. Never had that problem before, not to mention she didn’t wax my legs right but I didn’t want to say anything since I waited for almost 2 hours. That day Theresa wasn’t there so some other guy(don’t know his name) did my pedi and omg just terrible! My nails were lumpy and they looked horrible. I explained what happened to my sister and she then mentioned that that was the place where she got fungus on her nails. To this day she can’t get it off and is embarrassed to even go to another nail place. The only good thing about this place is Theresa doing your pedi other than that my experience there was awful and will not go back. To my experience I do not recommend but everyone’s opinion is different.

They were fast to get u a spot even though when first walking they were full of people. Don’t talk much but nothing wrong with it. Except a lady customer in the corner with no mask sneezing they didn’t tell her to leave.

I won’t ever come here again. The guy Ken did my nails and 3 days later they are chipped and ugly. I went to get them fixed and was told to come back because they were booked for nails. The woman that did my pedi would’ve left the nail polish bumpy if I didn’t ask her to redo my toenail. I will never come back her.
