I had a SNS manicure done by Philistance today. She was polite. But very rough. My manicure was was painful. My nails were thin and sensitive from using acrylic in past. I made her aware but it was still so painful. The SNS color came out shiny and smooth. The shop is beautiful. I would come back and have someone else do my nails.

I hadn’t been to this salon since they changed owners and whew it was night and day! Got these lovely tips + SNS done by the owner Ms Cicily. She was kind, patient, and professional even when I was confused and uncertain about what I wanted. Just got the mani done yesterday so not sure how it holds up but I’m in love so far. Will keep coming here for sure and would recommend anyone in the area to do the same. Salon is small so best to make an appointment ahead of time.

The owner is nice enough but my experience wasnt that great. My nail came off before a week of wear and could not he accomodated for ONE nail i was traveling for business the next day so I was at my meetings with a nail missing. Also, I paid what I thought was an exuberant amount for glorified press on nails (Apres). I was expecting them to be similar in cost to a full gel set. sSince I paid thst price, I didnt expect my nails to fall off.

I wanted to love this place. I just moved to bed-Stuy and was looking to find a new go to nail salon in the neighborhood. After seeing all of the great reviews I couldn’t be more excited. The lady who booked my appointment on the phone sounded very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately my experience has not been good. My appointment was at 7, I was rushing there from work to be on time. (I was supposed to meet someone after my appointment). When I get there I’m asked to sit down. 30 mins later I myself ask how much longer I would have to wait, and the lady says she has to finish one customer and then she has one more before she can start with me. Don’t get me wrong, I understand things happen, but to let me sit for 30 mins without notifying I would actually have to wait a lot longer – just seems wrong. Also since I did book it in in advance. As I really needed pedicure, I waited basically another hour. Another lady had to take me, as the one whom I had an appointment with was still working with another client. I finished so late, had to cancel all my plans for the evening. I do give them two stars because the job was actually decent, the salon is beautiful, the music is great… basically all is good, except how they treat customers and their time. I wish they would have been upfront and nice to me about it. Instead, I will have to look for another salon to go to.

Way too overpriced for the quality of the job done. Owner is very sweet, but the service is slow and not detailed at all. No cutting cuticles, used super sharp filer around the skin and broke it open. They don’t use the base coat for dip powder, just color straight away. Dip powder, Pedicure

Beautiful ladies but you don’t see the prices that they on the wall and they tell you one price for your nails but they charge you another price which is higher than the price they told you and I paid way too much for what I got from this nail salon

I’ve been here 3 times now. One of the techs, who does a nice job artistry wise, once cut my cuticles so roughly that they bled. So this latest time I intentionally booked with the owner. I arrive on time but the owner says I’m going to see the other tech.

At the end of the day tou could say a thousand things but these ladies truly are incredible. So accommodating, understanding and cautious in their work, will come back to something if she feels it isn’t right enough without you having to ask… It’s a very cute and friendly spa. The nails are thin, straight and nicely shaped, the designs well executed
