Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBest spray tan and technician, hands down. Here is what I loved about my experience at the Bronzing Palace:(1) The tan I got was AMAZING, and it was only the base level tan. I can only imagine how well Jessica does when she adds contouring.(2) Jessica is a great educator. She provides just enough information, and quickly, about the type of tanning solution she uses, how it works, and how to maintain it. She sells it well without sounding like a salesman.(3) She sends you home with a one-page sheet of instructions, which I wish I had the first time I got a spray tan (not here!)(4) Most of the tan salon owners that I’ve encountered come across as though they can’t wait to get off work. Jessica wasn’t like that. She was genuinely friendly and made meaningful, engaging conversation with me.(5) The salon itself is spacious and doesn’t feel dingy.(6) The price is very reasonable for the amazing results you get in return. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHighly recommend!!!Communication was great, she would even text me, I was so happy. She worked with me on my spray tan ( I had tan lines 3 wks before my wedding) she did a wonderful job. I already have compliments on it and it’s NOT orange it DID NOT rub off on things. Pay attention to the instructions and you’re good. She’s available for questions any time! This was my first spray tan, and I normally do not feel comfortable even being in a bathing suit around other people! I’m attending a bachelorette party this weekend and desperately needed a tan. I was able to book online last minute for an appointment early the next morning. She made me feel so so comfortable around her and was extremely professional and kind in explaining everything. Frankie is amazing! This was my first spray tan, and I normally do not feel comfortable even being in a bathing suit around other people! I’m attending a bachelorette party this weekend and desperately needed a tan. I was able to book online last minute for an appointment early the next morning.
