Hillary is the absolute best. She worked extra hard and moved mountains to correct a bad hair color experience I received at another salon. I i’m sure she would’ve rather been home with her family instead of spending so much time on this color correction. She is truly wonderful and I am so excited to call Brickhouse my new hair salon. Change is always hard, and I am leaving a salon that I have been at for almost 20 years (unfortunately the source of my bad hair color Experience) and will be returning to Hillary for any hair services needed in the future. I recently moved to West Chester, and I needed a hair stylist asap. I called this salon based on the reviews and the receptionist accommodated me for the next day with the hair stylist Kayla. I started going there for the past 6 months but this last 3 time the receptionist was so nasty and would not accommodate people that work a full time job and enjoying getting there hair done I guess they want just rich house wives that can come at any time I work hard every day and it sad that the blue collar that can’t get there at nine and stay all day very disappointed and will spread the word because I have recommended several people from my union and there wives
